Leadership Team

Mr. Paplauskas has more than 10 years of experience in top management positions in international pharmaceutical wholesale. Before starting his career at ICG Farma 11 years ago. He is fully in charge of all ICG Farma operations and successful dynamics of the team, shareholders and partners. He is a shareholder and a member of the board since the early stages of ICG Farma development.

Mr. Valūnas has more than 17 years of CFO experience in different international pharmaceutical companies. He is responsible for the financial operations of the company.

Mr. Suchorukovas was a member of ICG Farma since the early days of the company 15 years ago and created a solid foundation for its‘ current success. After becoming a shareholder and a member of the board 11 years ago, he is responsible for all commercial activities. Mr. Suchorukovas studied at International Business School of Vilnius University and holds a master’s degree in International Business and Marketing.

Mr. Jurkšaitis had more than 10 years of experience in top management positions in non-pharmaceutical companies before joining ICG Farma 2 years ago. He is responsible for all the supply chains of the company. He is a shareholder and a member of the board since the early stages of ICG Farma development. Mr. Jurkšaitis studied at Vilnius University and holds a master’s degree in Services Management.

Before joining ICG Farma 7 years ago, Mrs. Pipiraitė has worked in top management positions for more than 4 years. She studied at Kaunas University and holds a Pharmaceutical degree. At ICG Farma Mrs. Pipiraitė is fully responsible for the high quality of pharmaceutical operations.

Mr. Barcys took up the post of Medical Lead in April 2020. Mr. Barcys worked in both the private and public sectors as a health care professional. Moreover, for one term he was an adviser to the Minister of Health and was driving the Healthcare reform in Lithuania. For 8 years Mr. Barcys was leading the local EFPIA pharma association and for 10 years he was a director of the State Medicines Control Agency of Lithuania, where he initiated several cross-border projects and successfully implemented them. Mr. Barcys adds a great value and expertise to the company about the international pharmaceutical models and a variety of international partners.

Ms. Korvel studied at Medical University of Warsaw and holds Health Technology Assessment and Public Health master’s degrees. With more than 3 years of experience in international pharmaceutical companies, at ICG Farma she is fully responsible for Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs.

Mrs. Mockevičiūtė had more than 5 years of experience in international banking sector, before joining ICG Farma 3 years ago. She is responsible for the management of employees, their improvement processes and an appropriate working environment.
